For pets who deserve the good stuff
CAREFUT is a UK online pet supplies shop. We stock straightforward, good-quality essentials for dogs and cats — food, comfort, grooming and everyday gear — and get it to your door quickly, wherever you are.
Our story
Pet care, kept simple
We started CAREFUT because too much of the pet aisle is either overpriced or oversold. Our aim is simple: stock products we'd genuinely put in our own home, price them fairly, and describe them honestly — no filler, no exaggerated claims.
Everything we sell is chosen with a UK household in mind: easy to order, quick to arrive, and built to actually get used. Whether you're setting up for a new puppy or restocking the basics, we want CAREFUT to be the place you don't have to think twice about.
We're based in Bath, and we're still a small, hands-on operation — which means if something's wrong with your order, you're talking to someone who can actually fix it, not a call centre script.
Quality, not mark-up
We choose products for how well they hold up, not how well they photograph. If we wouldn't use it, we don't stock it.
Fast UK dispatch
Orders leave us within 1–2 working days, sent from right here in the UK — no long waits on customs.
A real person to ask
Questions about sizing, ingredients or an order gone astray go straight to our small team, not a bot.
